It’s in the emblematic and well-known Serrano street, Madrid's golden mile, where this bright and elegant exterior flat with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms is located, representative of the neighbourhood that houses it. 

The social area of the property, which is accessed through a double door, consists of the living room and the dining room, which also has a balcony from which to enjoy ideal views of the street. There is also a toilet for possible visitors.
