Elegant 3 bedroom flat. Great location

In a stately and representative building located between the Retiro Park and the Prado Museum, this classic and sophisticated exterior flat with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet is located. 

On the right-hand side is thelarge common area, comprising the living room, dining room and a work area with a classic writing desk. The balconies and the bay window preside over this space, providing the brightness and elegance that this room enjoys.  

Next to this room is the toilet that provides service to possible visitors, thus maintaining the privacy and intimacy of the opposite side of the property.
