Luxury flat with terrace and pool

In the heart of Paseo de laCastellana, one of the main axes of Madrid, we find this spectacular exterior flat from which incredible views of the great avenue can be enjoyed.

The real protagonist of this property is the large terrace that frames the social area. It is made up of a dining area, a relaxing area, a small swimming pool where you can take a dip and a covered area where you can play sports.

The living room is the continuation of the same, it is arranged in different rooms, the hall where guests are received, the living room with a cosy sofa, a small study room with sliding doors that can be used as a guest room as it has a sofa bed (90 x 190 cm) and finally the dining room with direct access to the kitchen.

Before the long corridor that leads to the private part of the house, there is first a small toilet that serves our guests and gives privacy to the rest of the house.

Next, we find a second access to the kitchen which avoids passing through the communal areas. It is fully equipped with large and small electrical appliances as well as a variety of kitchenware.

At the end of the corridor there are the three bedrooms, all of which have their own ensuite bathrooms.

The master bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm), with a chest under the mattress, formed by two single beds with the possibility of separating them under request. The second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm) with a chest under the mattress, which can be joined together if desired. And finally, the third bedroom has a double bed (150 x 190 cm).

The location is unbeatable, as it is located just a few metres from the large metro and suburban train station of Nuevos Ministerios, which allows quick access to Madrid-Barajas airport by direct line, as well as to any neighbourhood in the capital, locations in the community or even to other cities.

The area offers a wide variety of services that make day-to-day life easier with little need to travel. These include one of the largest department stores in the capital, El Corte Inglés de Castellana, as well as all kinds of shops, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, gyms, health and beauty centres, among others.

It is worth highlighting its proximity by public transport to the prestigious IE Business School (Instituto de Empresa), which is easily accessible by bus or metro.
