Madrid - Pradolargo

Boadilla del Monte is a town located to the west of Madrid, just a few kilometres from the capital. Its land is crossed by several streams and the Guadarrama river and has large areas of pine forests, holm oaks and extensive green areas.

Apart from its historic centre, several residential areas have been developed over the years, such as Pradolargo, where this marvellous country house is located.

With a plot of land of one hectare and only 15 minutes from Madrid, it is a real oasis where you can enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside.

It is a rustic construction distributed over two floors, where stone has been used as the base material, respecting the environment and achieving a complete integration with the landscape.

The house is surrounded by trees and green areas and has several outdoor living areas, perfect for enjoying the company of family and friends.

On the ground floor is the spacious living room, with high ceilings with exposed beams and several well-differentiated areas.

In front of a large window, with beautiful views to the outside, there is a sitting area in front of the fireplace, perfect for the coldest days.

The furniture includes bargueños, baroque carvings and paintings, as well as Mudejar woodwork, making this room one of the most special places in the house.

On this same floor is the dining area with direct access to the outdoor garden and the kitchen, a replica of 18th century Valencian baroque kitchens.

From the magnificent living room there are stairs leading to the upper floor, where there are four double bedrooms with their respective bathrooms and a large balcony with spectacular views of the surrounding area.

The house can accommodate up to 12 people and is perfect for a few days of rest, away from the 'mundane noise', as well as for the celebration of locations: filming, photo shoots and a wide variety of events.
